Dr. Fabien was chosen as the Physician of the Year because he is the perfect role model of exemplary patient care and teamwork. He is best known by patients and caregivers for his kindness, compassion and caring. He is a skilled listener who engages the patient, family and care team in providing the best care possible with thorough explanations and education. He is a shining example of patient-centered care.
Dr. Fabien joined our team in 2017 as a pulmonologist and has devoted countless hours caring for the most critically ill. Over the last two years, he has worked tirelessly on the front lines, battling the COVID-19 pandemic and treating COVID-19 patients with unwavering resilience. He has also been an integral part of our Ethics and ICU Committees, working with colleagues to provide the highest quality care even in the most stressful situations.
Dr. Fabien’s expertise, wisdom and medical treatment for patients is inspiring, while his attentive, warm and compassionate bedside manner comforts and heals. We’re truly thankful for his dedicated and exceptional service to our patients and families.
