2017: A Year of Growth

Lincoln Electric Foundation Supports the Community

Lake Health Foundation graciously accepted a significant gift from The Lincoln Electric Foundation in support of both the Community Care Fund and the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) Fund. The Community Care Fund allows us to help underwrite medical bills for patients who are making an honest effort to pay their balance despite the hardship they are causing their families. SANE trained nurses create an environment of compassionate care for patients who present as victims of sexual assault or domestic violence. Without this training, these patients would be forced to transfer to a different facility for care. Thank you Lincoln Electric Foundation!

Library Fund Receives Donation

The Alfred C. Mahan, MD Charitable Trust was set up in 1995 to support the libraries of Lake Health in memory of Lake Health surgeon and medical staff member, Dr. Alfred C. Mahan. The annual donations ensure our libraries are supplied with the most current information available. Thank you to the Mahan Family!

Richard S. Morrison Foundation Supports Patient Comfort

Mr. Richard Morrison, former Lake Health Board Member, is very specific when making a donation to Lake Health Foundation. His utmost concern is patient comfort. Thanks to the family foundation, both comfortable mattresses and chairs have been provided through his family foundation’s generosity. Thank you Mr. Morrison!

Auxiliary Welcomes You Inside the Perrico Health Campus

Anyone can support community programs and services by purchasing gifts at a Lake Health gift shop. Over 1,000 compassionate volunteers improve our patient care, throughout our hospital system. The Volunteer Auxiliary has committed yet another generous contribution. A $100,000 gift will provide an inviting waiting area within the Perrico Health Campus, open to the public in June 2017.
