New Measures to Protect Patients and Visitors
Our community has reached a high level of flu activity, and we’re asking for visitors to help protect patients, staff and other visitors by following these restrictions until further notice:
- Please do not visit patients if you have been diagnosed with the flu within the past 7 days, have any flu-like symptoms, or are under age 18. Talk to a nurse manager if you have questions or special circumstances.
- Patients visiting our urgent cares/walk-in centers will be asked to wear a mask–provided to all visitors at these locations–to help prevent the spread of flu.
- If you have flu-like symptoms, please reschedule any outpatient appointments, such as physical therapy or routine lab/imaging procedures, for when you are feeling better.
Help protect yourself, family and coworkers by always covering your cough, washing your hands often and getting a flu shot. Learn more about hand hygiene.
