You and your coach will openly and honestly discuss your challenges. Then your coach will help you set goals support you as you make changes that fit your personal needs.

What is the your role?
You agree to make a commitment to achieve weekly and monthly goals to accomplish more than you could on your own. You should be:
- Ready to take responsibility to make and sustain change
- Ready to invest three months to make changes
- Ready to share information that is pertinent to your wellness
- Open to trying new things
- Understanding about setbacks, which are normal on the path of change.
