Billing Inquiries / Pay My Bill

Easily and securely pay your bill online or ask a question regarding your Hospital bill or University Hospitals Medical Group physician bill. You can also learn more and request an application online for the HCAP assistance program.

Our Financial Counselors are available to help you with any questions you have regarding specialized service estimate, insurance eligibility and financial assistance. Please call 1-866-771-7266, Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
