Lake Health physician Fathallah Hayek, MD, was chosen as the 2019 Lake Health Physician of the Year because he is the perfect role model of exemplary patient care and teamwork.
Dr. Hayek is best known by patients for his excellence in providing urgent care and is consistently recognized by coworkers for his ready help and encouragement. With 30 years of dedicated service to Lake Health, he has evolved and adjusted to a myriad of changes―stepping up to work wherever and whenever needed from Madison to Mentor, Willowick and Chardon―providing a combination of urgent care, clinic care, occupational health services and, most recently, online quick care.
