Work has begun to rebrand Lake Health facilities to reflect that we are now proudly part of the University Hospitals (UH) health system. In the days and weeks ahead, you may see crews at work removing exterior signage and putting up temporary signage on our monument/roadway signs around our facilities. Over time, throughout the months that follow, we will be installing permanent signage that features our new UH logo.
You may also see some changes to the names of our facilities, including the new use of “health center” versus “campus”.
With new names for our facilities and a bright future, we are advancing our goal to provide the highest quality care close to home for the patients in and around Lake County.
As UH’s community-based provider in Lake County, it is important to know that for our patients, nothing changes. You can still receive outstanding care from the same doctors and nurses in the same locations, using the same insurance plan that you do today.
