When you work with a wellness coach, you make a commitment to weekly and monthly goals in order to accomplish more than you could on your own. You should be:
- Ready to take responsibility to make and sustain change
- Ready to invest three months to make changes
- Ready to share information that is pertinent to your wellness
- Open to trying new things
- Understanding about setbacks, which are normal on the path of change
Before you start, we’ll talk about how many sessions may best help you reach your goals. There are a variety of flexible packages available, including 4-, 8- and 12-session packages.
