Aquatics Classes and Programs
LiveHealthy offers swim lessons for children 6 months and older, as well as for adults. Our warm water pools and family changing rooms make swimming a comfortable and fun experience for all ages.
- Parent and Child Swim Lessons (ages 6 months – 3 years)
- Preschool Swim Lessons (age 3)
- Preschool Swim Lessons (ages 4-5 years)
- American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim (LTS) Program (ages 6-12 years)
- Adult Learn-to-Swim Instruction
- Stroke Technique
In addition to group lessons, our private swim lessons teach the confidence that children or adults need to be successful in the water and accomplish your specific goals. Have fun with your favorite instructor while learning how to swim or improving your strokes and technique!
Lifeguarding and Water Safety Courses
If you’re interested in becoming a swim instructor or lifeguard, or need to renew certifications, our team is here to prepare you for success! We offer these courses in several sessions throughout the year:
- American Red Cross Lifeguarding Course
- American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor (WSI) Course
Masters Swim Club
Want to hone your skills and practice with other adults who love swimming? The Masters Swim Club is for swimmers over age 18 and offers a great opportunity to swim with a group in a coached environment and compete in Masters Swim Meets (if interested). Swim Team Practices and Meets
We are proud to be the home of the Mentor High School and Mentor Middle School Swim Teams. See the latest Aquatics Schedule for upcoming practice and swim meet dates.
The lap pool is closed for practices from October through February from 2:45 pm to 6 pm. The LiveHealthy pool area will be closed for a swim meet on January 8, 2021 from 5 pm to 8 pm.
