COVID-19 Vaccine Update
Lake Health is partnering with the Lake County General Health District, Lake County Emergency Management Agency and others to offer COVID-19 vaccinations to people who are 12 years of age or older.
Lake County residents who currently qualify to receive the COVID-19 vaccine under the Ohio Department of Health’s phased approach are invited to create an account with the ArmorVax scheduling system. Once an account is created, eligible users will be able to search for available vaccine appointments.
Vaccines for Individuals
Register for the Armorvax registration site to see openings at these upcoming Lake County vaccine clinics:

Tuesdays 9 am – 6 pm and Thursdays noon – 4 pm
Vaccine Type – Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson’s will all be available.

Vaccines for Groups
If you have a Lake County business, group or organization, the Lake County General Health District is now able to visit your location to administer the COVID-19 vaccine to eligible individuals. Call 440-350-2188 for more information.
