COVID-19 Vaccine Update
Lake Health is partnering with the Lake County General Health District, Lake County Emergency Management Agency and others to offer COVID-19 vaccinations to people who are part of the currently eligible groups.
Lake County residents who currently qualify to receive the COVID-19 vaccine under the Ohio Department of Health’s phased approach are invited to create an account with the ArmorVax scheduling system. Once an account is created, eligible users will be able to search for available vaccine appointments. If there are no appointments available when you search, check back at a later date – more appointments are added as more doses become available.

This page will be updated frequently as new Lake County General Health District vaccination clinics are added.
The Armorvax registration site will require you to create a user profile and send a password to your provided email address. You do not need to provide insurance information – select “Skip” for this step. For scheduling assistance, please call 440-350-2684 on Mondays or Tuesdays between 8 am and 4:30 pm or see instructions on how to create an ArmorVax user profile.
If you have signed up for the Lake County General Health District notification scheduling list, the health district will continue to notify those who have signed up on its 1B appointment scheduling list when new appointments become available. Receiving this notification does not guarantee you a vaccination appointment as the supply of vaccine is still very limited.
